Because some outdoor surfaces are delicate, High Pressure cleaning isn't always the best solution. Our unique "Soft-wash" system is perfect for cleaning painted walls, pebble dash, coloured render, stucco and some roof surfaces. Using chemicals to remove moss/algae/lichen instead of pressure means that even the most delicate surfaces are protected and cleaned like new. Because cleaning with the "Soft-wash" system is often less labour intensive, it is also often cheaper than high pressure cleaning.
Our "soft-wash" system also allows us to clean 30' high without setting foot on a ladder, ensuring safer working conditions for our staff, and peace of mind for our clients.
Painting Your Home?
"Soft-wash" cleaning is highly recommended before any exterior painting begins. Killing & removing the algae and lichen will make sure the new paint adheres better and lasts longer. But you may be in for a surprise, "Soft-washing" often makes a house look like new, so painting may not be needed at all!
No Power Or Water Supply? No Worries!
Our power washing system has been custom built for maximum cleaning power and productivity. Because it is self contained along with a dedicated water tank, we can clean in locations where there is no power or water supply available.
